Once we deliver your container, you can load it at your own pace, then choose to keep it on-site with you, have us store it in our secure facility, or we can move it to your new home or alternate location for you!

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage, and a big reason why was the team on site. Yoshi, the manager, runs this location incredibly well, professional, organized, and genuinely cares about customers. Janine, the assistant manager, was just as amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with every question I had. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I had the right unit for my needs, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great customer service and people who actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Nice facility, clean and well-maintained. Yoshika in the front office is incredibly helpful. I spoke with her on the phone where she thoroughly explained options and was transparent with pricing. When I came by she showed me the facility and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable

I needed to purchase a unit to accommodate my storage needs. I was having a difficult time with the online experience due to questions I needed to clarify that was not easily understandable on online. So I called one of the Strafford, Connecticut stores and I got Yoshi and she helped me tremendously. She was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the Extra Space Storage system. She could not accommodate my needs in her store, but she searched around other area stores to accommodate my needs.

I had a great experience with Patrick who assisted me at my rental storage place. He was extremely friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the entire process clearly. He also went above and beyond by checking which options would be most beneficial for us, including comparing the prices for paying month-to-month versus paying several months in advance. I really appreciated his effort and excellent customer service!

Wow what a team Jeanene was outstanding setting me up and Yosheka delivered outstanding service, if all storage unit had employees like this they would have so much more business. Made me feel like i belong. I will glady recommend this highly clean and squared away facility . Thanks Ladies for you help.
