I highly recommend this facility! The staff is welcoming and provides excellent customer service. The facility is clean and secure. I definitely prefer Extra Space Storage over U-Haul. The prices are affordable, and the staff gives advance notice if there are any changes in rent. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

It’s a good storage to store your items. Mostly safe and secure. Cons first: they are a bit pricey so I look for cleanliness of the grounds and security. Context: it was great when I started renting and Ms. Janice was there. Since her, the cleanliness digressed with manager change. The restroom is not the best as it’s not quite kept up for their customers. I mean the customers are NOT the best either - piss all over the seat, shvt smudged on the seat of a public toilet.. like come on REALLY!, gnats flying sometime, and NAILS all over the garage. I literally clean that toilet myself with Lysol wipes and have spent hundreds of dollars getting nails out of my tires. I have to examine the garage before parking now. YES, it’s that serious! I have found soooooo many nails while examining - it crazy. Then, there are the inconsiderate customers who block the entry way of the garage as if no one else wants/needs to enter. The huge moving trucks park in the center of the driveway and nothing has yet been done to resolve it. It’s annoying as I am here frequently. I live in NY but I store here. I work from home and I DoorDash so sometimes I do both in CT which causes me to be at my storage more than normal - IMA HUSTLER baby, chuckle. So I see how often people block the entryway. Please fix this!! PROS - Ms. Evelyn - the new manager is a total doll, truly sweet. She is trying to get the storage BACK UNDER CONTROL. Not sure about all the challenges she face as a manager but she tries to do the best she can. She is full of professionalism, honesty, and wonderful at multi-tasking. The location is also convenient which is one of the reasons I like this storage and probably why they are more on the expensive side. They always have karts ( NOT LOCKED) to help you move your items from your vehicle into your storage - I love this so bad. 💚 THANK YOU. I could not find my key once and the staff at the time had no problem cutting the lock for me as soon as I asked. I did not have to wait days out. Generally, the staff have been quick with responding to requests - ANOTHER GREAT FACTOR when renting a storage space. Overall, I would rate the storage a four. Please fix the nail issue, the cleanliness and the deliberate blockings of the entryway and you get a five star from me. 😩

This team , Evelyn and Jordan are amazing ! They were very accommodating and helped make my move very seamless , I highly recommend using them if you are in need of storage
