Friendly knowledgeable staff make it straightforward to get started. You can't beat getting the first month free. The price is affordable and my locker was clean and dry and secure with easy access and plenty of hours for stopping in. Overall it was a good experience. I would highly recommend it.

This is the 2nd time I have rented from Access Storage. Very personable staff, easy drive up storage units, and great communication.

Very good storage company, I had no issues with them and they were super helpful at every turn. The only reason that I've placed this rating at 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't think the cost should be as high as it is. Blame the economy, but I think this is price gouging. Either way, it was necessary for me to use the storage unit so I had no choice. The facility, service and staff are great and I do recommend them!
