Access Storage - Stratford

The staff is friendly & professional. The storage housing & unit is clean, well maintained & in good condition. The rates are reasonable. Access is allowed 365 days a year between 8am-8pm. As stored items are not covered by my tenant's insurance policy, I was able to purchase Access Insurance to protect my belongings. I am happy to be a new client with Access Storage :)

You can find storage anywhere, but you'll be looking a long time before you find customer service this great. Abu went above and way beyond to help me find a storage solution on super short notice, and was pleasant, professional, and double-checked to make sure everything was good and I had no further questions. Staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. Driveway areas were at times full of potholes but that was rectified relatively quickly. Area was kept tidy. Gate access manageable, I have some mobility issues.

Easy to get everything in place. Reasonable price. No issues while using the unit and accessing it.
